I distributed promotional emails to a network of 60 UIC partners and student organizations. Outreach included creating and circulating promotional emails for the Scholarly Series, 2023 Veteran Art Summit, and public programs to 1,200 MailChimp subscribers. Additionally, I managed 8 Eventbrite registrations for each online lecture and for the Veteran Art Summit, which received an average of 100 to 300 registrants per event. I communicated with the designer to prepare graphics and posters for each lecture and Summit. I prioritized and managed time effectively to meet deadlines for multiple projects and events. This included organizing and documenting weekly meetings with directors, organizers, artists, and designers to discuss updates, next steps, and future tasks.
