In 2022, I assisted DiverseWorks’ Curator, Ashley DeHoyos Sauder, in creating and scheduling various programs for the symposium, Overlapping Territories, which included Why Does Land Matter?, Whose Land: Acknowledging the Indigenous Community and Their Ancestors, and Territory of Care; Body and Land as Living Legacy. Additionally, I assisted with Overlapping Territories’ press release, artist research, exhibition checklist, floor plan, public programming, and symposium schedules.
