I was the Content and Facilitation Team Leader for my cohort’s public program “Circle of Trust,” which focused on chosen families in honor of National Siblings Day. I led discussions reviewing the content, timeline, and language of the program with the other teams. I also produced a Run of Show to organize the various activities of the public program and a PowerPoint with themed prompts and questions about siblings, kinship, and chosen family. Additionally, I worked with the Promotions and Marketing team to publicize “Circle of Trust” to nearby communities and schools and activated the surrounding spaces each week for three weeks leading up to the event.
